I was contacted by bernard harper about a wrap for my vehicle.he sent me a check wanted me to deposit it into my account and send him a pic of the slip.but i didnt do that i went down to ace check cashing and they wouldnt cash the check because both numbers they dialed were disconnected.i think hes scamming people by having them deposit this into there account.
