I used a link to order Ace Brands Keto gummies. I attempted to order 1 bottle to try. The website gives no confirmation of what you’re actually purchasing before you confirm the purchase. Upon receiving an email confirmation of the purchase I see that the order was for 3 bottles at a total of $179.97. I immediately responded to the email/customer service and attempted to correct the order before they shipped it. No timely response was received when I finally received the product they added some “detox” pills to the order that I did not order and was never interested in ordering as I specifically declined the “special offer”. Sometime later I received an email from customer service promising a refund of $85 for the gummies (which had no effect whatsoever and most definitely not anything they advertised) and $20 for the detox pills and I would not have to return any of the products. That email was received on June 14. To this date I have yet to receive a refund. I have emailed them since with no response. Then on or about July 28, 2023 I received 3 more bottle of the weight loss gummies I NEVER ordered. I immediately contacted their customer service via email and never received a response until today. Again, they promised an $85 refund but stated that I would have to return the detox pills in order to receive another $30 refund or I could just accept a $20 refund for them if I did not wish to return the product. They also informed me that the account goes into auto enrollment if not cancelled. NO WHERE on their site was any type of auto enroll agreement. I will upload screenshots of all emails. Thank you for your help in warning others about this company’s scams. I am unsure if I am able to upload more than one screenshot. I will be happy to forward all emails concerning this matter if you’d like to see them.
