On June 4, 2023 I wanted to try a weight loss using the keto-ace gummies. I signed up for one bottle to make sure I could tolerate it. I was sent 5 bottles & $199.00 was deducted from my bank acct. I was choosing the 1 bottle for $39.63. Much to my dismay I went back to the site and stopped the auto pay if indeed it was also initiated. July 15th I received another shipment of keto-ace gummies x 5 bottles. Another $199.00 deducted from my bank acct. I’ve spent the last 3 days trying to get ahold of someone from this organization to straighten this out. In the meantime I’ve canceled the bank card to stop this possible scam. I’m trying to return the product and get my money back in a respectful manner. I don’t trust having to put my credit card number into another “help” site!

Ace Brands is nothing but a fraudulent company

NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ACE BRANDS. THEY ARE A SCAM AND A CORRUPT COMPANY. FALSE ADVERTISING. I WANTED TO TRY A "FREE BOTTLE" AND INSTEAD ENDED UP WITH 6 BOTTLES. IN LOOKING AT THE LABEL, IT IS FULL OF SUGAR. I TRIED TO RETURN THEM AND HAD TO PAY $10 SO I COULD GET A TRACKING NUMBER. THEY ARE IN MY OWN CITY AND YET IT TOOK THEM 5 WEEKS TO PROCESS MY RETURN? AND THEY CHARGED ME $5 PER BOTTLE FOR RESTOCKING FEES. I'M SO MAD AT THIS ABUSE. I'M REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THE IRS, AND ANY OTHER REPORTING AGENCY. THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS FOR THE WAY THEY SCAM A CUSTOMER.

I asked for one bottle and they offered one free. then they said I should have detox pills which I didn't want but there was no way to show that I did not want them. I'm on a fixed income and the fact that I thought I would be charged the $36 for one bottle plus one free one but the charge in my checking account is $129...is a terrible inconvenience. WHAT A SCAM.

Shady business

On May 5th I initiated an order. I emailed them and asked if there was red dye 40 in product as I am allergic. They responded "ingredients are on the bottle and the next email was this:

I responded back that I could not see any ingredients on website and if there was red 40 I would have to return product. I got a shipping notification and that was it. I received product on 05-13-2023. It had red dye. I called the customer service number and they asked me to keep product and "just gift it to someone" I told them "no, I would like refund please" I was then informed that they would email me information on where to send it. I sent a follow up email to the phone call: "I need to return these bottles and was expecting a follow up email that I have not received yet. I need to know how to send these or if you are making me pay shipping.
I had called customer care about returning the bottles and was given reference # 227003908" I did not receive a response for this email either. I then called customer service AGAIN. I told them I has sent products back to the drop shipping address as I NEVER received the email for return instructions as promised. The person laughed. I did tell them I had a tracking number and it did show that the items were received. I was then told "well, you can give us the tracking number and we will see. We do not have any confirmation that the warehouse has those items and will not be able to help you." I emailed the information requested on 05-31-2023 and have not had ANY response at all.

There was an instagram ad that they were featured on Shark Tank. The Keto weight loss gummies are the most effective at balancing metabolism and helping to curb cravings. There were so many reviews and very real information about the Shark Tank judges and their rave reviews of the product, also full support of all the judges! Turns out - the product was NEVER on the show and it isn't legit OR backed by the FDA as explained. I'm not sure of the exact website that its listed under, I can no longer find it. The most frustrating is that it said buy one bottle, get one free and the price was $64.99. I decided to try it. However, I was not charged $64.99. I was charged $129.99 - for both bottles. The pricing was VERY MISLEADING. I IMMEDIATELY emailed them at [email protected], now 2x without response, and my order has shipped but no sign of it. I feel completely taken advantage of, and I really want to get my money back. I emailed within hours, and requested my order be cancelled and not shipped. However, it shipped the following day. I really am hoping this can be addressed and the company can be stopped from scamming people! It is ALL a lie!
