I was at Ace Check Casher to get a new card.I wanted to activate card before I left the store. So I could withdraw some money, I thought I dialed the number on back of the card to activate it, which is 1-866-753-6355, but I had the last four numbers wrong & I actually dialed 1-866-753-6335. And the scammers took the opportunity to try to get all my personal info.They acted as if they're trying to give something away in the beginning of the call(it is an automated voice) then they say press any number to speak with someone,the person I spoke with acted as if he would help me activate the card, asked all my information, even the 3 numbers for the security code on the back, I didn't realize I had dialed the wrong # until something seemed weird & I asked the guy for his name again, so I could verify with the manager at Ace Check Casher, cause I was still currently in the store trying to activate the card, he wouldn't give me his name & kept trying to get me to tell him whether the card was Visa or Mastercard, I told him he should know whether it was Visa or Mastercard if he works for Ace & then he hung up on me.
