I made the mistake of applying to rent one of their properties. They double charged my card, then would not reply to me through any means regarding anything about seeing the property or any questions regarding it. Now they only threaten to ding my credit for disputing the charge on my credit card.

The property is currently being sold by Dilbeck Real Estate, and is not associated with Ace Group Real Estate. I have paid a $35 rental application fee, submitted an employment verification and landlord reference form.
