I ordered a divot mat from this company after seeing their ad on TikTok. Red flags ensued. The same ad (under different company names) repeatedly keep showing up on my TikTok feed. When I click "view order" it led me to a page that did not exist. Unprofessional email correspondences. The charge went to somewhere in Italy, but the product (which was absolutely not what I ordered on the website) came from China. The product depicted a sequined divot mat that clearly shows the direction of a golf swing. What I received was a felt mat that very poorly if at all indicates the direction of a golf swing. I received suspicious, spam-like emails from them. Others on Tiktok explained how they either never received the product or got a completely different product, and had to file a dispute with their card company. I am seriously concerned that these people have my credit card information and other identifying information.
