I was given the phone number by a friend who was traveling to the same country I was (on different trips). They supposedly helped him with questions about a flight reservation. So I called since I was having a hard time changing one of my reservations. This company claimed that they changed the reservations, charged me the money, but didn't actually do anything. When I kept asking for documentation, they kept making excuses about emergencies and being out of the office, all of which was false. Changes in the reservation never went through. Fortunately, I was able to get my money back with help from the credit card. The card's "investigation" lasted all of 20 minutes, so I think this entity is a known problem.
