On February 5, 2023, I ordered a dress from the company mentioned in the complaint for my neice’s Junior prom. I didn’t receive the product until March 26th. Luckily, I had ordered a backup dress for my neice after seeing a very slow attempt to send the product. When I reached out to the company and indicated that the dress was nothing like the photo, I was asked to submit a picture of the dress received. When I did, the company blocked me from interacting with them. It was then I decided to contact the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered a dress from the website. It was supposed to be a corset top, with knee/tea length feather swing skirt. It said 1-3 processing 4-10 shipping. It took more than two weeks before processing and then shipped from China. The dress received was cheap cotton. It was zip up, not a corset top. No feathers. But floor length tulle with no liner. I have reached out multiple times for a refund. Their policy is that it has to be received within 30 days (They've taken two weeks going back and forth) tags need to be attached to the dress (There were no tags when I received it). After multiple "negotiations" Thier final offer is that I can receive 30% refund or they finally gave me an address to return the dress to. I would have to pay to have it shipped back to China but again, no tags came with the dress. We are outside of 30 days because of the back and forth with the company and the refusal to give me an address to start with. AND.... when reading other reviews I have found multiple people who returned their merchandise only to have it come back that the address doesn't exist.
