I parked at 2:16pm in Premium Self Parking Lot A at the Irvine Spectrum. I am providing a screenshot of the notice that says, "success." When I parked a white car pulled into the lot and parked horizontally across a couple of spaces. I thought that was odd. I noticed because I try to be aware of my surroundings in parking lots. I was with my friend. I drove and she paid. We did the QR code and got a "success" notice. So I am now thinking this person who parked horizontally was a parking attendant who watched us pay and then gave me a ticket 3 minutes later. It's a private company that gave me the ticket It's called Ace Parking and their company is in Inglewood, CA. I have the parking notice as well, but your system only lets me upload one photo. The time stamp on the notice is 2:19pm. I think this is a total scam relying on people to say, "forget it I'll just pay and not go through the hassle." The ID number for the person giving me the ticket is 73149. Again, they pulled in just as I parked. It's not as if the person was driving around doing random parking checks. They watched us pay the parking as we held the phone up to the QR code, and as soon as we walked off, proceeded to give me a parking notice. I am willing to bet a lot of people have this happen and just pay. I want to stop other people from having to go through the hassle.
