I ordered a My Texas House Christmas tree that was on sale. It was advertised as coming from the Wayfair company with their logo. It was shipped from Hong Kong and I was able to track it the entire way. The tracker said it was delivered on 12-5-2024 but it was not. I have checked with all of my neighbors and the local post office ...it is nowhere to be found. I emailed the address twice to ask about this item. They tell me it was delivered and to check with my local post office. I do not believe this is the Wayfair company but a scam. The original email letting me know my order had shipped said you could view your order or view my store. When I clicked on view my store it says "This site can't be reached."
