On Instrgram there was an ad for “Betsey JOhnson” flash sale. Made my selections paid and waited a month only to receive delivery confirmation when I never recieved anything. And their customer service claimed attempted delivery but will try again took two more weeks recieved another confirmation, nothing delivered. Reached out to them again and they said refund take 2 weeks and i I ordered this is march it’s not June no refund no merchandise just the same autofilled message for their “customer service”
