Charged my CHIME card and I do not have any service from them

Achievecoach.biz charged my CHIME card for 1.95 and I do not have any service from them, seems shady, anyone else have this happen to them?
I am in Ohio.

Achievecoach.biz is attempting to debit my account for small amounts of money. No doubt this entity is either trying to go unnoticed with the small amounts or it's feeling out the account in preparation to steal larger amounts. I have never heard of this company/ service until i noticed it in my transaction history.
