Type of a scam Phishing

I was texted by the number mentioned by someone claiming to be Daniel Smith with Advanced Chemical Industries Limited, that they had seen my resume on CareerBuilder. They gave me a $/hr wage and asked if interested, if I had Microsoft Teams, and would connect with a Micheal Keith at [email protected], or by clicking a link, and gave a verification code. I connected, and was given a typing speed and "what would I do in this situation" kind of interview via Teams. He sent me links of info via my email which he already had before being contacted and in Teams. The website, company, and all batches of paperwork & info before and after the interview seemed very legitimate and extensively accurate. I was supplied with the 2nd batch of very realistic paperwork and hiring documents the following morning, had 45 minutes to review it before our next meeting the following morning. He asked me if I'd received it, and I told him I had and had some questions. (this paperwork was given to me by a [email protected], a Carlos Graham) I had asked questions like, since some of the paperwork informed me a Louisiana office was in the process, where is their present office in the U.S. (part of the premise of the job was them expanding the business into the U.S.) Keith said that there was not yet an office. I asked why, even their hr rep who had sent me the hiring packet complete with w4, was using a gmail account with no company signature, and his response was that the company was given 64 days by the ScamPulse.com to update their website and features and were using gmail temporarily. I asked when this exemption period started and he replied August 15th. I then asked if it were possible for me to receive a clarification email and contact information from ACI that these 2 identities were in fact representatives of the company, and that was the last communication exchanged; there was no reply. ... All this was done with extremely professional and correct language, punctuation, only a few minor details in the grand amount of paperwork seemed to be typographical errors in a batch of benefits papers. They'd also mentioned a "Consolidated National security corporation," which I couldn't find to be an actual thing. This job was supposedly a very private and secure handling of information kind of thing. This does not appear to be criminals who are outside of this country, though it appears they are misrepresenting a company widespread in much of the rest of the world that seems legitimate themselves. I am marking this as that I've not lost money nor have they tried to take money, but that does appear to be what would happen if I proceeded with filling out the documents, and I am unsure how much info they have gathered about me aside from my online resume with employment history, email, references, etc. All has been in the last 18 hours or so and it's the weekend, so I'm not sure how far they will go.
