I recently went on work in Texas to look for a part time job. I got an email saying they knew I was looking for a job through the work in Texas website. If I was interested to set up google hangout to see if I would be able to work for ACIC pharmaceuticals. The person I was to talk to was a member of this company. I went on the company website to check it out and saw it was a legit company. The person interviewed me on Friday night from 5-630 on google hangout, hired me and then told me that I needed computer programs which they would pay for. They would send me a check. I would deposit. I would get the programs for my computer.

When I asked why they just don’t pay, they said they wanted to make sure I would take care of their money. They got information about me and then said they would be in touch on Saturday morning. On Saturday, they asked for my email and they were going to send me info on a task I needed to complete. This is when I stopped communicating with them and contacted bbb. I was told by friends that what they do is send you a bogus check the. Ask you to send them money back. They get your bank info and that is how the scam works.
