I ordered a refurbished centrifuge and was charged $2646.87. We were notified that the equipment could not be shipped due to quality control issues. I was told that a refund would be issued. No refund has been recieved and we are unable to speak with anyone. This company has no actual live person to speak with on the phone only "Live Chat"
