I then received a call from the provided number stating final inspection was happening and the puppy would be loaded shortly.
About 30 minutes later I receive a call and email from the "shipping agency" telling me I have to pay $1490 for health insurance going from Ohio to North Carolina and failure to do so results in the dog being quarantined for 2 months. I was told just put the money on a gift card and I would be refunded in cash with the safe delivery ?? f the puppy
Having a friend in Ohio, I asked if I could just make arrangements for her to pick him up and was told that required seller permission....
Contacted the seller requested he give permission he refused kept insisting I pay.
Now I'm out $800 for puppy and no puppy. I doubt at this point there ever was a puppy
