I saw a Facebook ad and clicked. Since purchasing I believe they have closed their facebook page, but others are still using the same scam. They use the name of QVC and they use videos of Laurie from Shark Tank to advertise the luggage she's selling. I thought it was a legitimate sale. I ordered luggage but a week ago they sent me a flat envelope with a cheap scarf. I sent an email to support and they blamed it on their shipper and said the only way i can get a 100% refund is if i send back the scarf (which would cause me to spend more money). I refused to do that so they sent me another email saying that i could keep the scarf and they would give me 40% refund. I refused that and they sent another email saying they understand, and they will give me 55% refund. I refused that and they sent me another email stating they understand and will offer me 60% refund. I refused and they said they will give me 100% refund minus the $13.95 shipping cost. I refused because the luggage i purchased only had $5 shipping cost and there is no way the scarf cost that much to ship. I refused. that email and they basically sent me the same email AGAIN.
