On August 21, 2024, I ordered compression socks and arch support insert from Affordable Compression Socks with my credit card in the total amount of $143.83, which included tax. I waited for a text message from them when my order was filled and on its way. The website said 3 to 5 days. I did not get any return communications from them and waited over 10-12 days to send another email with regard to my order and got nothing. My order didn't get filled and was not ever sent. I noticed they took the $143.00 out of my credit card right after I sent my order. They didn't waste any time. I put in a grievance claim with my credit card company to have that amount removed and for them to investigate this company. The website looked so legit, made in the USA, so convincing. I am so pissed. I should have googled this company for complaints first but I didn't. Buyer Beware!!!!
