"Liam" called and used my daughter's name. Said she had requested test prep information. The materials would be mailed to me. I would pay a deposit and when the materials were returned, I would get my money back. After I hung up, I thought it wasn't right and I tried to cancel the order immediately. They told me it had already been processes. The materials did arrive, I returned them without even opening them. I have not received my payment back into my account.
