On January 24, I placed an order (#Order #32020) for 4 boxes of Halyard Health Disney Childs Face Mask for $81.40. I never received my order. I have called and sent follow-up emails and have not heard back.

There is "merchant" posing as a reputable company, selling pharmaceuticals and health products like surgical masks, surgical gloves, and other medical supplies. The merchant seems to be taking advantage of the supply shortage due to COVID-19. I found the company via a google search. It appeared to be legit (I have a lot of experience with cybersecurity). When I made the purchase, I did so through PayPal, so that I would provide my credit card information (a common practice for me, just in case). When I submitted the order, I did not receive a email confirmation of my order, but only my PayPal receipt. The merchant is listed PayPal at "Delivery Man LLC" with the email address [email protected]. The email doesn't register (no delivery). The web address is https://actelionpharmaceuticalsglobal.com/. This web address is not the address that registers to the real Action Pharmaceutical company (https://janssen.com). I ordered, what I believed to be $78 work of medical supplies from the impersonator.
