Ordered what was advertised as raised garden beds, and received a pair of black winter gloves. When I contacted the business to complain I was told to keep the gloves and they would refund 40% of the purchase price. I advised them I wanted what I ordered or a full refund, so they offered a 60% refund then a 70% refund. I turned the matter over to my credit card company as a dispute and a credit to my account.

I placed an order online and received tracking info, but the item was never delivered. The company doesn't respond to emails. And, it does not have any contact information on its website other than an email address. It says, "Contact our Customer service at [email protected]." Note that "Customer" is capitalized, but service is not!
