My account was hacked by someone living at 1406 Reservoir Road Little Rock Ar 72227 - 501-991-5191
To be honest I do not know what to believe but bite squad data is not secure and customers should be warned. Bite Squad also tried to not settle the claim with my bank. What a joke. It is fraud. And you need to do something about it.
Simple Solutions Bite Squad can take
1. Verification should be required when changing passwords
2. Verification should be required when changing account information
3. Notifications should be sent when information changes
Better solutions (Updates your app and website)
1. You can request card code in the back before purchases
2. Send a code to an email for verification for account changes
3. Have a system in places that alerts fraud. (No charges more than 200 a day) (No more than 5 orders a day) Red flag. Order is out of state require verification.
Bite Squad is not securing customer's data. Many customers have had their accounts hacked. It is not okay, and I think it is important that they stop hiding it. I am afraid of what may happen if they do not change their website and applications. I brought to their attention, but they already know and continue to ignore. Bite Squad allows other people to access their bite squad accounts. How do they do this? All they need is the email address and they change the password. An email does not go to the customer's account telling them their information has changed. There is notification someone changes account information. Someone had access to all my debit and credit cards. And it worries me. Of course, I had to all changed but I do not want them to continue to hurt people. This is important. Fraud and scams are getting out of control. These big money-making companies need to secure customers' data. I also could not delete my account. And someone was allowed to deliver $366 in one day to one house in Arkansas. Ten orders in one day. My billing information is Florida. Something needs to change for sure. This company is very vulnerable and need some help with IT for sure. In my opinion, it is a pretty easy fix. Is this an inside job? Because why haven't they tried to change this. It has been going on for years.
