Received a phone call from 713-207-2222 stating that I was delinquent on my energy bill. I live in military housing and do not have a monthly bill. I provided a name and address and the representative told me I owe $298.21 and the only way to pay is with a prepaid card. I knew this was a scam and after research I verified.
