I received a letter that claims I have a past due payment for a medical procedure that was done by a radiology company. When I called it sounded legitimate, and I asked them what this was for because I did not remember getting a bill for this. After a few questions they said to ask my insurance company. I called my insurance, and they said this was something that I shouldn't have had to pay for as it was the responsibility of the radiologist, and they were going to lodge a complaint with the company. Afterwards, I looked up the company and could not find it on the ScamPulse.com boards. The letter claims that they are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Commerce, but their website has no results under that name for the zip code that was given.
