Never had and never requested a protection plan. Scammer emailed that they were auto renewing my protection plan and 399.99 would be on my statement 8 hrs after being debited. They gave an order number of LL 2166-9054. If I wanted to cancel to get in touch at the number I provided. When I called they wanted me to go to the App Store and install Zelle and my bank apps. Also gave me a cancellation code but couldn’t do a refund without accessing my bank online account. Was definitely Indian/Pakistani and said his name was Robert Frost.
