Giveaways I noticed were minor things like odd double spaces in/around dynamic text and capitalizing "Warranty" unnecessarily, and there is also an attached "voucher" that is clearly just an image of some sort of check template with text overlaid on top. This "voucher" does not have perforations and the section declaring the anti-fraud qualities of the paper and other parts of the background are blurry like a stretched low resolution image and is clearly the same paper as the rest of the letter and has no watermarks or any other of the mentioned security features.
The nail in the coffin came from looking up the company and phone number. The letter was sent from a TX zipcode, while a search for the company suggested it is in AZ. They have several different 800 numbers, but a search for the one on mine returned a result from a TN government page about scams with a PDF template of the same letter matching mine except for my personal details. I have also seen the same phone number listed for a completely different company.
I do not know what information they are trying to get, just that the information would be related to purchasing a home warranty. I'm sure that if they called they would attempt to get me to divulge sensitive personal info and heckle me into buying a home warranty.
