I received a letter by mail and an email from IC Systems, Inc. stating that they were attempting to collect an outstanding amount for ATT U-Verse. This is a fraudulent collection attempt as I do not have any outstanding amounts owed to ATT U-Verse. I do not even have a U-Verse account and in checking with AT&T they had no knowledge of the amount owed or any collection authorization. This is the second company that has made a fraudulent attempt to collect this same amount. When I reported the fraud to the Federal Trade Commission, I never heard from the first company again.
