I was on my computer, all of a sudden a 1-800 number came up to call micro soft. so I did. It was answered and next thing I knew they were pulling up bank information from my account, my bank phone number also came up as the fraud number.everything was leading me to believe that someone had gotten into my savings, he told me to go to the bank (not talk to anyone because it was being traced to inside the bank. long story short, I ended up pulling money from my savings, told to get gift cards, read him the codes, and they had my money. I cried for days, this was money that was left to me from my mother & fathers passing. This person on the phone told me all they were tring to do is secure. My money, as I cried he did not seem to care. Had a women get on the phone to reasure me she was from the fraud protection dept. at my bank. It all went in target gift cards.
