I sent a message over Facebook messenger to an account under Kaylee Hale. She replied and said to text her if I’m still interested. After messaging and filling the application she called me. I was surprised to find it was a man who answered. Never stated his name and mispronounced my name as well as my husbands name. He stated that since we completed the application that we then needed to Zelle the money over. The email provided to me was [email protected] for a Cynthia felicetti. Nothing was making any sense and my husband decided to end the call abruptly. This managed to upset the caller and proceeded to curse through text and state we will eventually get scammed. I put my info into the request slot on realtor.com for a house that was up for rent for 1,200. The person got in touch with me by text to see if I was still interested in the house. I was and he started asking question just like the process for renting anything. Then shortly he was already saying I was approved to rent it. Me really needing a place asap I thought this was an opportunity I couldn’t let go. I sent a Zelle to pay for the application fee and requested to see the house. I did but when I got there he wasn’t there and the key was in the mailbox. The house was just like the pictures so I figured he was just busy plus I was late to the meeting. But then he was trying to put the full deposit down on the house even when I didn’t do any paperwork, seen him or discuss everything. I should have stopped myself but it was like he was pressing me at a vulnerable stage of my life that I needed to secure a place for my family. So I sent half. But once I talked to my family and had a moment to think, I called him back and told him I wanted my money back. He then was like well right now I’m with my family, I’m driving basically brushing me off to not send back my money. The next day I’m calling texting annoying him just like he did me to get my money back and he blocked me or disconnected his phone. Now there are still ads on different home sites for the same house for different prices. Beware of these names: Rafael Morales Valente, Jay William, Rajah Cozier. And those number: +1 (312) 869-4513
