Responded to newspaper ad in Cortland Standard. Made appointment and on 7/20/2018 signed a purchase agreement for a hearing aid which they helped me finance for $3000 using monthly payments. Went back this month to get replacement parts needed for hearing aid and found a sign on the door telling me they take phone calls for appointments only. I called their number and got a message "no longer in service". Found another Action Hearing Center in Liverpool and phoned them. They said they are not affiliated with the Homer office and cannot help me.
