Homeowner rec’d a flyer in the mail for asphalt work. Contact made and owner of Action Concrete stopped by to arrange a date for pouring asphalt on Oct 10, 2023. After asphalt had time to cure inconsistencies were noted and attempts made for warranty work (per signed agreement) without success. Address is simply a PO Box and phone calls go unanswered.
