I found a website with teacup poodles. I inquired about the puppies available and decided on one. The breeder is in OK and I am in FL. He told me shipping was free and I was very excited. We agreed on a price and he wanted payment before the puppy was shipped to me. I did as he asked by buying a WalMart gift card for $500. He advised he had taken the puppy to the airport and I would get an email on when and where to pick up my puppy. I then got an email from the shipping company telling me I needed to come up with, $1200. in order to send my puppy here. The breeder than said I should pay the money and I would get a refund upon the arrival of my puppy. I told him I didn't have $1,200 dollars so please cancel my order and return my money. At this point, he stopped conversing with me altogether. I don't expect to receive my refund but I wanted to tell my story.
