Online furniture store with too good to be true prices

- Wood Dale, IL, USA • Jan 15, 2024

Made a purchase on website, then they claim it was delivered. However, never delivered then they offer a 20% refund. They tell you to check with post office and give you the run around for months. Always claiming delivered. I called our post office 3 times with the "tracking" number the website/customer service claims was the delivery tracking number. Post office 3 times said never received any item. Working with customer service over month and their line is always the same. It was delivered and they offer 20%, then 30%, then 40%, then 50%, then 60%. Then just keep saying it was delivered but they have no information on delivery, EVEN though it was so called signed for. Website a scam and customer service is worse. After I made the purchase oddly over $1300 of purchases made in California were made on the credit card I used. I don't live any where near California. Avoid this company and website: https://activelifehubs.shop/

Was googling mountain bikes and seen that activelifehubs.shop had a really low priced MTN bike so I went to the website and ended up trying to buy a sofa for my daughter, actually tried twice but thank God my card declined both times. I should have known if it sounds to good to be true it usually is.

I was on Google shop looking for a full sized mattress. I saw an

advertisement for what I thought was a good deal. I went to the

website and decided to purchase the mattress. I received a

confirmation email after the purchase. Today I reread the message

and saw there was an order number I could use to view the item. I did

so and found that the item had shipped. I sent a reply asking for more

information because I had not received an email notifying me that it

had been shipped like the email had said. I went back to the website

and started to read the terms of service which I found to be

suspicious. I used a third party to track the package shipping number

provided which yielded no results. I sent a follow up email to the other

address listed on the correspondence which was to a Gmail account. I

did further research and found that the email that was originally sent to me was from an address associated with a common e-commerce

scheme.
