On December 7th, I got an email saying that the toy was on its way along with a tracking number. The information on the tracking site was limited and appeared to be from another country. I started emailing them asking for updates in mid-December as the tracking info didn't provide much. I finally got a response through their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/activitylove2017/) after asking for an update. Their response only included the tracking number. The tracking information is provided below.

Today, there was another update but no responses to the many different emails I've sent.

Based on online reviews, they have done this to others. I have since posted a review on the website below as well.
I'm pretty sure I'm not going to see my purchase anytime soon and want to warn others from doing business with this company.
