July 2017 noticed a charge of $93.87 that had come out of my bank account. I had never authorized any payment to be taken. Contacted the bank and was told to try telephone number listed on my bank statement. I was able to call and speak with someone and I told them I didn’t authorize monthly payments so they refunded the 93.87 with little to no hassle at all. Money was back in my account within 3 days and the unauthorized account was also closed. On November 29, 2018 I was looking at my bank statement and noticed 93.87 taken out of my account by the same company but with a new telephone number. Once again I tried calling this new number listed for the same company but message says to dial 0 to speak to someone but upon dialing 0 it then says to leave a message and you will be contacted back. I have yet to receive a call back. I have also gone online and looked for information pertaining to this company and find a bunch of bull*** when putting in Actoneslim.com as I have no other information but what is given on my bank statement because I never received ANY product from them nor any other information. I’ve contacted my bank and they are not helpful and said the could not place any type of hold or alert on my account against this company after I called the 1. 800 number and spoke with a very kind woman named Cheryl who told me that banks can put hold against companies trying to take money from someone’s account. But according to THE BANK OF *** COUNTY IN *** NEW YORK THEY DONT HAVE THAT ABILITY! I am hoping that the ScamPulse.com will be able to help me get my 93.87 and 35 in fees returned to me and that they will help me in making sure this online scam company will not be able to steal from me again.
