I was told in two emails by my acting teacher that he would refund me from the time I joined in March. He wrote me in two emails that he would be refunding me. He sent the payment of 532 dollars via Venmo but before I could confirm the payment, the sender cancelled the payment and has refused to pay me what he told me he would in multiple emails. I have records of all it and I believe I am a victim of fraud because the teacher claimed twice that he would be refunding me, sent the money but then cancelled before I could accept it on Venmo.
