my browser was locked down and told to call this number. when called they had my credit card info and my phones serial number. I told them NOT to charge or do anything to my account or phone and the lady argued with me then said she would cancel the process and instead hung up on me and charged my account. Said she worked for apple but could not give me legit information about the business.
