I ordered a telescope that was allowed to be processed via my credit card, even though the website grabbed the wrong STATE and ZIP CODE. I am now watching it bounce around a state I dont live in anymore, three days after christmas, with an email that I sent two weeks ago never responded to AFTER PAYING for package insurance. I will be taking this up legally at this point, as my credit card shouldn't have been charged if the address was incorrect, and I have no way to try to intercept the package (It is not available as an option on USPS for this specific item). Absolutely horrified.

Ordered a telescope they withdrew my money and no telescope ever came! No Tracking number and no returned emails! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

Ordered a telescope early November and got a few replies from the company but still have not received it. when i email to find out info it bounces back to me. Would really like to know something.

I ordered 2 cooling vests from Aculio.com on June 18, 2020 and paid extra for priority processing and shipping insurance. I received a message on June 23, 2020 that my order had shipped with a tracking number which showed my package was picked up by a shipping partner in Hebron, KY. Here it is June 29, 2020 and tracking information has not updated and I have not received my order. I called the phone number listed on their website and a recording comes on and says please record your name and google will try to connect you. It rings several times then says the party is unavailable and to leave a message. I have left messages and sent emails with no response so far. This is a $206 order.

It is clearly outlined on our product page (https://aculio.com/products/air-conditioned-cooling-jacket-ice-vest) that shipping times are 7-22 business days.

This customer filed this report just 6 days after the product was shipped. The product was successfully delivered on July 10th.

I ordered a pregnancy body pillow for my pregnant girlfriend. That was a week ago so it would be here for Mother’s Day. I payed for the express shipping that said it would be here in 2-3 days tops. I received confirmation emails a tracking number and everything. They sent out an email saying that due to coronavirus it may take longer. Though I have ordered things from 3 different websites and got them sooner then expected. I emailed them multiple times. I never received a response. So I decided to call them. Everytime I call them it says that the phone lines are full. No matter if I call during or after business hours. When I click the tracking number it says that it has been prepared to leave the store but there are no updates of the where abouts of my package. This is 50$ I cannot afford to be spending on scams. I’m 21 with a child on the way.

We do not offer express shipping, we only offer 'priority processing', which means that your order is prioritised in our shipping queue. This typically saves customers 2-3 days on processing times.

We do not state anywhere on our website that our pregnancy pillow ships with 2-3 day shipping.

We only received one email from this customer and we responded immediately.
Our customer support team is currently only available via email so our phone number isn't staffed. This allows us to keep records of all communications with customers.

This customers order arrived on May 29th.
