We ordered a product from them once in late October, after my wife saw their product on social media (Facebook or Instagram). In late November, we received a new charge on our credit card -- we contested this charge, since we never requested a recurring delivery/charge, and then had to cancel that Visa credit card to prevent future charges from this purported company. We tried reaching out to them multiple times via the email address and phone number provided on their website -- every time, we received a "failure to deliver" response to our emails, and the person who finally answered the phone said they were a different company and ACVWell was a scam. We received an unordered package from them, and returned it via certified USPS mail with a compilation of our messages enclosed and a clear demand that they cease any further efforts to engage with or charge us.
