I ordered clothing and shoes thinking it was a JC Penney outlet store. After several weeks of tracking my package, no package arrived although tracking shoed it was delivered. I contacted the company demanding a refund. They gave me b.s. excuses & wanted to give a 50% refund. I told them this is not accepatable. I ordered from this company in good faith.
