August 30, 2022 - We received an e-mail with a bill attached for $499.99 for McAfee Total Security Plan, which we didn't order. Order # NQR7544H89L. The bill said to contact the number above for more info. When I called there was no answer with a business name just hello, then I asked to talk to Michelle since that's who the e-mail was from. The man on the phone told me to just talk to him, and I told him I wanted to talk to Michelle. Then I told him I thought this was a scam and I was going to report this. He got upset and told me to F--- Off twice and he hung up.
