I received a call on an unlisted # from someone claiming (BY NAME) to be my son. Individual said he'd been an auto accident and his airbag had deployed and he was being charged because the lady he hit was in the Hospital. He said he was in the infirmary. He would not elaborate as to where he was, City, etc. he had me write down a case # and said that Adam Weiss "was going to keep it out of public records" if I called 1(800) 913-8280.

Approximately 60 seconds after this call terminated, I received another call on the unlisted # from "Adam Weiss" claiming to be an attorney. He said my son had given him my # and asked me what I wanted him to do.

I asked him to call again on about 15 minutes.

I called my son, who was at work, confirming it was a set of scam calls.

"Adam Weiss" did NOT call again.
