Responded to an ad about a rental property. Was told I needed to pay $75 application fee for the property then I can go view immediately after and if I was unsatisfied with the unit I could receive a refund before leaving. After submitting the application and rental application fee, I was told I couldn’t see the unit until I paid an additional $350 deposit, which I did not do because it’s not what was agreed upon. Advised I wanted a refund of the initial fee, was told okay then never had a response back.
