We have been contacted by email sent by different email addresses posing as the director of the athletic department for ********** **** ****** ******* ** ******* ** . They were asking us if we wanted to promote our restaurant that is located only 10 minutes away from the school by putting up a banner in their football field. They had us fill out a CC Authorization form to pay for a full year. Throughout the year we were charged multiple times. We were contacted again right before the end of the year to see if we wanted to renew and again had us fill out the credit card authorization form, and again charged our account. They charged us five times ($1395.00 each time), beginning Sept 2021 ending Jan 2023. We tried to contact them with the phone numbers provided to us in their emails, but the calls did not go through. we contacted the school and they told us they did not have any teachers or staff members under the name that we provided to them. We just got another email with the same offer but emailed from new email and different name. Our bank declined our request to refund our money because the date of our dispute fell outside the dispute timeframes they allow.
