This place said that I can view a vehicle just fine just have to do a credit check and 100 deposit to have them bring it down. So I did so and told them I only want to have my credit checked once. They ran it and hadn’t annissues till I see the car lot putting me into more than 3 applications for a van I only asked for the price and then 5 more times on a vehicle I don’t ever see or know about. I asked to get them removed the gym for the location said no. Then I talked to his boss in Charlotte and he said it’s too much for him to do. Then I thought why don’t I just need the retraction papers to give to the credit people and been told they have the legal right to run my credit once I do a credit report as many times as they want. Isn’t that interesting. But I’m working on my next couple of steps to do things legally to prevent this from happening to others.
