Type of a scam Phishing

I was contacted on the cell phone provided to me by my place of work. The caller ID came up as "HEALTHCARE". When I answered the phone, someone with a heavy foreign accent asked ".. is this "? I said yes and asked how I could help him. He then asked for my date of birth and I told him I would not give that to him and asked why he was calling. He said something vague about a change in my medication. Now I knew for certain that this was a phishing attempt. I told him this was a fraudulent call and that I was going to report it. He then said I didn't have to give him my date of birth and asked me for my address. I said no and asked how he got my name. He said something irrelevant in an attempt to avoid giving me an answer or perhaps sticking to a script he was using. When he didn't answer that question I asked what organization gave him my name... twice. When he didn't answer that question I hung up.
