OMG, we just paid $700 for a pit bull 12 week old puppy. Then we get this email about the shipping and that it will be refunded. They want to charge us $1099. But says it is refundable. I to am suspicious. I tried to call the breeder and they have a google voice and not answering the calls. How can we get our initial funds back?

Yes I tried to purchase a puppy off of craigslist and this company was used as the shipping company for my puppy and every time they would email me they were asking for more and more money or they weren’t going to send my puppy I believe I was scammed originally from the people that I was buying the puppy from but this company will not return my calls and they have $600 of mine.
