Nearly Scammed us!!

We found this breeder online and seemed very promising. Once I sent a message via website, they txt me right away. I looked up the phone number area code, and it was Virginia, at 3am! I realized they never listed an address or names on the website. I asked their name through txt. Adam Lyan. This person was willing to sell me 2x $850 kittens WITH flight fees for $1700. (Feeling the discount scam yet?). They asked me questions to answers I already gave on the website. The texts were very generic. They said they needed a deposit tonight and can ship tomorrow (red flag, their site said they need time to get kitties accustomed to kennel).

"What payment do you accept"?

"Zelle, etc".

"No paypal? That would cover us should something go wrong".

"No."

I then asked for more pics. Easy enough and received. Danger hairs going off on my husband's neck. Asked them if we could video chat to see the actual kittens.

"We dont video chat anymore due to almost losing our breeding license to a bad experience".

My reply, "Oh great! Can I have the breeding license number? That will help!"

"No".

Hubby found THIS scam website, and wouldnt you know it... selling a 9 week old kitty named LYON. Same one the last scammed person wanted.
