A woman called me on the phone from NotifyServsGa 7062047436 and told me that I needed to contact Muscogee County Courts at 866-418-4649 with reference number ******. I called the number given to me and a man by the name of Javi got on the phone telling me about a bad check in the amount of $300.00 from October 9, 1995 made out to **** ***** that needs to be cleared up for $2200.00 otherwise they were going to put a lien on my 20** SUV. I didn't give him any info and he was getting irritated because I told him I paid that check off years ago and besides the statute of limitation had ran out. He proceeded to get rude with me telling me he was coming to get my SUV and of course I said a few things back to him. He then said the tolling agreement protects his client to be able to go after me at any moment.or time they wish to go after me. Has anyone else went through this issue? Also, he called me back at 4:30 PM to ask if i was going to send the money and I daid NO... When he called me back, he called from a different number which is 844-525-0083... Someone please tell me if you've experienced this BS from these people... I feel like its a scam!!!
