I was on their website and was curious about the product they were showing at the time. Eventually I went to Pay Pal to order just one thing and when I was told to return to buyer to make the order, I returned to find that the order had already been made and that there were 2 additonal orders added on to my order. I reconsidered after seeing this happened and called Pay Pal within 15 minutes and was told the amount had not been removed from my credit card and they would remove that card so it wouldn't be charged. Then we called Bank of America and told them what had happened and they immediately cancelled the credit card and promise they would not get any money. I then were told that a new credit card would be issued. The charges to our Mastercard account showed up the very next day. After five days the order was delivered and I was furious!! Have emailed three times and received an email that our request was being considered and they would get back to us. To return their products you had to get a RMA number for returning any product. No number has been sent and today we received an email that upon our third request for a return, with no RMA number again!! I did go to their offical site and read one after another complaints, on how they do their business. I also discovered their products are being sold at Wal-Mart and Amazon!!! None of their products do what they say!!! Now I am not happy with this scamming company and will attempt to contact the Attorney General to help get this scammer off line. Help!!! PLEASE!!!
